Legendary actor James Garner dies at the age of 86

James GarnerSean is a big James Garner fan, especially his longtime role as Jim Rockford in The Rockford Files. Sean and Laura discuss Garner and their recent trip to Malibu and Paradise Cove where the series was shot. The two are pictured below on the famous beach just outside where Rockford’s trailer was parked.

New music from Ásgeir, King and Cross

Asgeir1-1024x767At only 22 years old, Icelandic singer-songwriter Ásgeir (born Ásgeir Trausti Einarsson) is quickly becoming a worldwide phenomenon. His 2012 debut Dýrð í dauðaþögn went platinum in his native Iceland with roughly one out of every ten Icelanders owning the release. Critical acclaim came not only for the music, but also for the lyrics, which were penned by Ásgeir’s 72-year-old father.       I will miss “Ole Jimmy” and Rockford files is one of my favorite old shows. He was one of the oldies but goodies. I’m sad to hear he died. Another ‘end-of-an-era’. Rest In Peace! James.
